The Process  










  • Candidates are discretely approached based upon their potential to meet the criteria established by the prospective employer. Both the identity of the candidate and the prospective employer are kept confidential from each other to avoid introducing any selection biases.

  • Candidates are carefully pre-screened for suitability, and those possessing the most suitable qualifications are proposed to the employer through a comprehensive profile and written resume.

  • The employer selects whom they feel is the most suitable candidate(s) from the proposed applicants. We ensure that those selected for an interview would meet all of the employer's mandates and criteria.

  • We feel equally obligated to candidates and clients in providing a suitable fit. We strive to be thorough in the qualifying process ensuring that candidates understand the prospective corporate culture as well as the scope of the position.
